2. Install Chinese Stock ROM on your Lenovo P780 ROW device

3. Flash The ROM

Hope you have successfully installed CN stock ROM on Lenovo P780 which is pre installed with TWRP recovery. You don’t need to install TWRP recovery separately.

Now you can flash the CN based custom ROM

Step 1: Put the custom ROM zip file in your internal memory

Step 2: Boot to TWRP recovery mode

Step 3. wipe data/factory reset

Step 4.  wipe cache partition, mouns and storage

Step 5.  format/cache

Step 6. format/data

Step 7.  format/system, go back, advanced

Step 8. wipe dalvik cache, go back

Step 9. Install zip and select the ROM zip file

Step 10. reboot system now

Now you have successfully installed CN based custom ROM on your Lenovo P780 ROW device, but you will face network problem so you need flash Modem.

4. Flash Modem & Gapps

1 Download modem_P780_V23.zip

2. Put it in your internal memory

3. Go to TWRP recovery

4. Click on install zip

5. Select the “modem_P780_V23.zip” and flash it.

6. Restart your phone.

Doing this same process flash the Gapps. Do a google to download gapps.
