Huawei’s bootloader unlock webpage down. Try this alternative
Huawei users are frustrated with loading up the bootloader unlock page. Even people are sending mail and commenting that they are unable to root Huawei Honor 7X or Huawei P20 as the bootloader unlock website not loading up. Its not one or two days, its down for more than two weeks. Huawei has been silent and there was no news regarding this. But recently in a Twitter post the Huawei USA has addressed this issue and come up with a solution. Here is that twitter post.
We're aware of the bootloader unlock page being down & apologize for the inconvenience it has caused. We have setup a form in the interim to request bootloader unlock codes. We thank you for your patience through all this. @xdadevelopers https://t.co/sF3JAtB3JL

You can see Huawei has not disclosed why the site is down but they have come up with a Google form where you can obtain your bootloader unlock key. If you are a Huawei user and want to unlock the bootloader then try this Bootloader Unlock Code Request webpage developed by Huawei to get your bootloader unlock keys.
According to Huawei, it will take 24 hours to process your request and give you back the unlock keys. Still, there is official news why the bootloader unlock page is down and when it will be up. But asap it gets back I will share with you.
